FWG ROCKETFUEL 2.0

Everyone is an important part of the FWG, and together we make sure that the FWG really takes off - like a rocket 🚀 . To make this work even better, we give something back and provide you with an extra portion of energy. Welcome to the FWG Rocketfuel 2.0!

We want to give something back to everyone and provide you with an extra portion of power. That's why we have the FWG-Rocketfuel, so that all employees receive their share of FWG's success.

We want to live the team spirit and not promote lone wolves. That's why every restaurant gets its share of the FWG-Rocketfuel and they decide for themselves what they want to do with it. One size never fits all.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE FWG-ROCKET

The FWG Rocketfuel is based on three elements:

  • Rocketfuel (basic):
    Each company receives CHF 100 per full-time position per year (CHF 150 in the delivery area). This is our basic boost for cool team events and good team cohesion.

  • Rocket body (operational targets):
    Two targets can be selected per company every six months from a predefined target catalog. For each target achieved, CHF 50 per full-time position is paid on top.

  • Rocket chocolate (company targets):
    If we achieve our company targets as FWG, we receive an additional CHF 50 per full-time position per semester - the topping on our success.

Short version:
Your team can collect up to CHF 400 per year in Rocketfuel - multiplied by your full-time positions.

FUNDAMENTAL THOUGHT

The FWG-Rocketfuel is based on three principles:

  1. Together strong: Everyone contributes, regardless of position or location.
  2. Everyone is on board: Fairly distributed, directly invested in the team spirit.
  3. Transparency: Everyone can see how the Rocketfuel is distributed.

💬 That means that the FWG doesn't put the profits in its own pocket?

No. Nobody in the FWG is paid any bonuses, profit-sharing or anything similar - no, not even Manuel & Daniel Wiesner.

But you have to know one thing: We love and live gastronomy and there are no monster profits here. So FWG-Rocketfuel is a motivational goodie for everyone, but nobody gets rich from it.

WHAT CAN THE ROCKETFUEL BE USED FOR?

DO'S

  • Team events: bowling, karaoke, escape room, barbecue evenings
  • Workplace: snack station, plants, dartboard, break room design
  • Gifts: Christmas and birthday presents, Secret Santa
  • Donations: Support for charitable organizations such as the FWG Foundation
  • ... I'm sure you can think of many more! 😊

DONT'S

  • Political purposes
  • Extreme ideas
  • War zones and parties. (We have employees from over 70 nations and it is important to us that no one feels excluded.)
  • No payment of Rocketfuel to employees, as it would otherwise be subject to social security and tax contributions

INVOICING OF FWG-ROCKETFUEL

The managing director can settle the costs himself/herself with the expense app AbaClik via expense type "FWG-Rocketfuel".

 

FAQ'

💬 Where do we see the current status of our FWG Rocketfuel budget?

Your individual FWG-Rocketfuel account will be credited at the beginning of each year for the rocket engine and then after the end of the semester for the rocket body and schoggi - as soon as the accounting department has posted everything. And you can always see the current balance in Power BI.

💬 Do we have to spend the entire amount or can we put the money aside for the future?

No. The FWG-Rocketfuel does not have to be used up completely, it can also be saved. That's why we always show the current balance in Power BI in order to live up to our principle of "transparency".

💬 Who decides what the money is used for?

You decide in the restaurant through a committee that decides on the use of the FWG-Rocketfuel. Please make sure that the committee has a heterogeneous mix and consists of a representative number of members. The committee is responsible; its decision is final and it also communicates this within the restaurant.

💬 I have ideas to make the FWG-Rocketfuel even better. How can I submit my suggestions for changes?
