Creating opportunities together

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of donating CHF 16,500 to the IPT Foundation.

The foundation supports people who face major hurdles returning to the job market after losing their employment – often due to health issues, limited education or language barriers. IPT offers hands-on, personalised support to help them build lasting perspectives.

A big thank-you to all our guests: your Charity Meal purchases made this donation possible. Together, we’re creating real opportunities.

Sustainability you can taste – and that actually makes a difference

We’re proud to be among the companies that made a significant contribution to CO₂ reduction last year by using Planted products. Here’s what we achieved:

New charity partner & dishes

Starting April 1, 2025, our restaurants will be raising funds for the Foundation Schweizerische Schule für Blindenführhunde. The foundation empowers people with disabilities by providing carefully trained dogs that offer greater independence and quality of life.

For every charity dish sold the FWG-Foundation will automatically donate CHF 1.- to the Foundation Schweizerische Schule für Blindenführhunde. ❤️

We did it again! Swiss HR Award 2025 🏆

Our project Arbeitszeugnis 2.0 was awarded with the Swiss HR Award 2025 in the Wild Card category – developed as part of the Vereins Vision Arbeitszeugnis.

We’re truly grateful for this recognition! Our goal? To rethink the traditional job reference. No more vague phrases or hidden codes – but clear, honest and forward-looking feedback that actually helps people grow. For more transparency, real appreciation, and better guidance in the next career step.

Staff Party 2025

90s Retro Revolution

On March 18, it was time again – every three years, we throw our legendary Staff Party, and this time, we went full 90s! Nearly 600 team members from all our locations came together for a day packed with unforgettable moments.

From nostalgic throwbacks with old photos and videos to dance-offs, costume contests, delicious food stalls, karaoke, and a full-blown disco – we laughed, chatted, sang, and just had a blast. But the best part? Seeing so many familiar and new faces, getting to know each other, and truly feeling the FWG spirit.

In the middle of our fast-paced, high-energy workdays, these moments are what make it all special. Just having an incredible time together – and we’re already counting down to the next one! 💜🚀

CHF 22'000.- donated

Together Against Poverty and Food Waste

Yesterday, we had the privilege of donating CHF 22'000 to the Stiftung Schweizer Tafel.

This foundation rescues surplus yet perfectly good food and distributes it to those in need and social institutions. In doing so, they reduce food waste while providing vital support to our community.
