Cynthia, Flavia, Djordje or Jolanda from Employee Development will deal with your concerns discreetly and work out a solution together with you.
Due to the duty of loyalty pursuant to Art. 321a of the Swiss Code of Obligations, employees are obligated to first discuss concerns regarding a change in working conditions (salary, expense allowance, working hours, vacation, etc.) with the HR of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG and without consulting third parties.
