SALARY AT FWG

We in the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie have full wage transparency. So it goes without saying that we disclose our salary system - everyone can calculate their own salary band. All employees also have the right to enquire about the salary of any other employee.

Fairness, transparency and equality are very important to us. That is why we have had our wage equality analysis externally audited. This confirms that we have no gender effect in wages between men and women in the FWG.
