We in the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie have full wage transparency. So it goes without saying that we disclose our salary system - everyone can calculate their own salary band. All employees also have the right to enquire about the salary of any other employee.
Fairness, transparency and equality are very important to us. That is why we have had our wage equality analysis externally audited. This confirms that we have no gender effect in wages between men and women in the FWG.
At FWG, we rely on regular employee surveys because the feedback and ideas of our teams are really important to us. This is the only way we can create a working environment in which everyone can develop and contribute to our joint success - and of course we can't forget to have fun!
