We use this year's survey as a comparison to 2022 to find out how satisfied our employees are at the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie. And of course we use this to derive measures to make our FWG family even more satisfied.

More than 43% of employees completed the survey in April 2024. This is representative and a qualitative result. Feedback from our employees is important to us and we hope to be able to increase the number in future.

Working atmosphere
Our employees rate the working atmosphere with an average of 3.69 compared to the benchmark of 3.2 (scale of 1-5). We are pleased that they enjoy their work and that our corporate value of "family" is actively practiced.

45% of respondents stated that they work at FWG because of the team. We are pleased that many employees praise the team dynamic and appreciate the family feeling within the teams.

Zufriedenheit mit den Führungspersonen
On a scale of 1-5, respondents indicated that their satisfaction with their superiors was 3.6. In comparison, the benchmark is 2.7. We are incredibly proud of the performance of our managers. 💪

Future in the company
57% of respondents still see themselves working for the FWG in a year's time, while 38% are unsure. The latter could be caused by factors such as workload and stress. The health of our employees remains a high priority for us.

Satisfaction with the FWG as an employer
We are striving to increase satisfaction with FWG as an employer, with a strategic target of 4.2. Our average score is currently 3.7; last year it was 3.85 (on a scale of 1 to 5).

Younger generations tend to show emotional and normative ties to the FWG, while older generations tend to show a more calculative commitment. These findings provide valuable information for future employer branding measures.
