We use this year's survey as a comparison to 2024 to find out how satisfied our employees are at the Familie Wiesner Gastronomie. And of course we use this to derive measures to make our FWG family even more satisfied.

Our employees rate the working atmosphere with an average score of 3.73 (scale of 1-5). We are convinced that measures such as the Rocketfuel, the staff party and the stress campaign will help to improve the working atmosphere in the future.

61% of respondents stated that they work at FWG because of the team. This is 5% more than in 2024. We are pleased that many employees praise the team dynamic and appreciate the family feeling within the teams.

On a scale of 1-5, respondents indicated that their satisfaction with their superiors was 3.81. The benchmark is 3.7. The benchmark is 3.7. We are incredibly proud of the performance of our managers.

64% of those surveyed plan to stay with FWG for another year, while 31% are unsure. Longer service correlates with lower turnover intention. FWG aims for a fluctuation rate below 39%.

The average length of employment in 2024 is 3.4 years. We are recording an average increase of 0.4 years per year. We are delighted that our FWG employees remain so loyal to us.

The majority of our employees (52%) use public transport to get to work. In addition, 24% use a bicycle or e-bike. This shows a pleasing commitment to environmentally friendly means of transportation.
