A healthy approach to mistakes is very important to us. However, the survey results show that around 24% have difficulties in dealing with mistakes. We are keen to address the issue and strengthen our error culture. 💪

In 2022, 42% of respondents indicated that they are at FWG because of work hours. ⏰ We hope to further increase the attractiveness of the FWG by adjusting the working hours models (such as the 4-day week).

30% of the people surveyed perceive their work as rather stressful to very stressful 🤯. This value is definitely too high for us and we will continue to work on this issue and pull various levers. 25%
